epRider, offers a limited warranty coverage on all installed or sold parts which arrive defective from the factory or distributors. The Parts Warranty applies only to the parts which are defective, and is not applicable to parts or issues resulting from use or wear.
Parts Exchange Warranty Period (from Date of purchase):
1 (one) year warranty on motors.
6 (six) month warranty on chargers and controllers
60 (sixty) days warranty on electrical components and mechanical parts.
Parts Refund Warranty Period (from Date of purchase):
14 (fourteen) days on all factory sealed and unused parts.
The following parts are not covered by the Parts Warranty: tires; tubes; brake parts; all cables; bulbs; kick-stands; seat; hand grips and rubber parts.
A defective part may be exchanged with an RMA number. Once the part is verified as defective, epRider will send a replacement part back. The part is returned at the customer’s expense.Please note: depending on the seriousness of the failure, epRider may ask for photographs of the part(s) in question. Upon providing photographs and verifying warranty information, then a request may be submitted.
If the required part(s) are not in stock and must be ordered, then an estimated arrival time will be given.
The Parts Warranty coverage is only applicable to the customer who originally purchased the part(s).
The Parts Warranty does not extend to labour and shipping cost. These expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
